Baby Seefeldt has started kicking! Thursday afternoon I was sitting in supervision with my counseling classmates listening to one peer discuss a client she is seeing. I had my hand resting on my belly (in proper pregnant form, of course) when I felt a kick and actually saw my hand move. I of course gasped quietly and the guy sitting next to me asked "What did she just say about her client?" thinking I was reacting to the presentation. I said "I have no idea. My baby just kicked."
Josh finally got to feel some kicks on Sunday. Baby has continued to be pretty active. This morning when I was reading my Bible I was able to see my belly move with the kicks and jabs. It's so amazing.
Most of the time I really still can't believe I'm pregnant and having a baby. It's an amazing blessing and not something I take lightly.
