A White Christmas

We got to spend Christmas in Denver with Sarah's side of the family again this year. Getting there was an adventure, though. After waiting in the airport for 5 hours, our flight from San Antonio to Denver was cancelled because of a broken part. They rescheduled the flight for 7am and we got a hotel room there in SA. We had to get up at 4:45 the next morning to get to the airport and get our bags all checked in. After that we made it to Denver no problem.

Colorado was as white as you can imagine!

During the day the weather was nice and not too cold. We didn't really even need to bundle up with scarves and hats. Then Christmas eve it snowed a light, steady snow. So beautiful.

Here we are enjoying a good snowball fight with my cousins, dad, and brother.
The guys built a snow tunnel through this pile of snow and my grandmother and I built two snowmen.

So much snow fun!

I'm so jealous!!! I want a white Christmas! I'll get one next year though... My brother came home for a week this year for Christmas and on Christmas Eve we decided that we're going to do Christmas in Tahoe next year, just for fun (because he'll be making his big doctor bucks then, and so why not?!). Looks like you guys had a blast! :)
